I think that everyone should save and print out the RICE Citation I posted on post 2114 and start handing them out. I keep several in my car and when I see a ricer out ricing up the neighborhood I issue a citation. Some laugh some cry but all are guilty as charged......

I know its not a ricer, but just to show that Crown Vics on 24s are getting to be a plague.... This guy is a gate guard on base.

That Crown is Donkalicious. That trend started in Miami, and when I went to Alabama this summer I saw a million of them. We pulled into a gas station in some little town and their was 10 @ the gas station getting directions to a car show. I wish I had a camera to take pics, but I have a feeling I woulda been shot.

Why do they do that? I have a couple down the street, the car does not run but it is settin on 24's+. I will get some pics later.

In my Opinion, that's not rice.
Now if the car had useless stickers all over the place, a huge aluminum wing, different color doors & bumpers, Mustang GT badges lol, altezzas, etc... Then it would be Rice-o-Licious
It's a Stock Ford Crown Victoria with big Chrome rims. Some may like it, some may don't, but it's not "rice".

here are some ricers that I saw while driving my girl's nissan
Here goes a base mustang with ****ed up dual exhaust and bodykit with big blue foglights (can't see it because I'm using a cheap camera phone)

You think that's a poor 7th gen? If only I got a picture of the one I saw this morning. It's a black 7th gen coupe with neon green brake caliper/drums, chrome wheels and those buick things on its fender
