Civic has no power

It gets so annoying that people don't even know WTF a Civic is. Power? Sporty? WTF you think the aftermarket is for?

yea if u wanna have fun with the civic that you have, toss on some suspension mods, sticky tires, and look up the nearest autocross in your area. Its cheaper than throwing $3500 in a turbo, and probably just as fun. as a matter of fact i am going to go auto-x sunday! jonnyg, yah actually aframdw does have 170... i have the g-tech pro., and he tested his car 3 times... and its up to 99.5% accurate. we also went to 3 different shops to make sure that the g-tech was the real deal... and thats with out n2o

people dont understand to make a civic fast, you have to drop bank into it. isnt going to be a 13 second car out of th factory! our cars are lightweight and may not respond to I/H/E but it responds to turbo pretty damn well....get a turbo, exhuast, tires, and little other mods and you'll own WRX's, RSX's and more than half the cars on your list. so do you still think we're "slow"?
edit- ah sh*t i already responded to this dumb thread, lol, someone lock this!

^^
you forgot N2O
Other than the Celica I really didn't see any cars that are in the same class as a civic (lx,ex,dx)
The Sentra SE-R Spec V would be comparable to an SI maybe, but not an lx.

don't you think we have had enough of this topic guys? Closed for apprent repetiveness!
The majority of civic owners DO NOT modify their cars as is the same with Focus, Neon, Cavalier, Corolla, etc. drivers. Do you think metro drivers get in their car and wish it was fast? Um, NO!!! Most people in this world don't do anything to their car but drive it. A RSX is slow in comparison to a corvette, but fast in comparison to a civic. It is all relative. If you want a fast car, spend the cool million on a mclaren or bugatti! That is faster than any stock vette, viper, etc. You see what i am getting at here. Either live with it or get a new car. Stop complaining that you have a car to drive when there are millions of people taking the bus. Sure we would like things to be different about our cars, but there is no perfect car and you would complain about any car you bought!
