So my 97' civic ex wont start up. I have changed the main relay, the fuel pump, and the Distributo, checked fuses, and checked the ground to the fuel pump ive by passed the kill switch. Ive gone as far as buying a meter and checking the power going to the fuel pump power is running to the connector but the pump will not kick on at all. Please help im at my wits end....

If you have power and ground going to the fuel pump but no fuel pump then you need to check your connections are good and clean (not corroded). If so then pull it and test the pump itself.

Sounds like it needs reprogramming.... how did you bypass kill switch? did you ever get it fixed if so fill me in please my 04 civic acts as if its stolen the green key light flashes on dash and wont start the radio had been replaced and the spark plugs. I bought a used stirring coloum with key since i was changing it myself instead of buying just immobilizer but it wouldnt work im not sure what to do PLEASE HELP any advice?

'97s don't have an immobilizer, yours does, you need to get the ecu programmed to the ignition
