I have to drive in traffic all the time, stop and go, up and down hills... It's all worth it for those days when I can play road racer on our back roads containing many turns.

Rep Power: 0 Between my fiance and I, we have a 97 auto CX hatch and 04 manual EX coupe. After having one automatic car at 16 (especially after learning how to drive manual in driver's ed), I swore I would never buy another again 
...however, I paid LESS for my hatch 3 years ago than some people are paying today, so it was definetely worth the boredom!
At 103 whopping horsepower when I am more used to near 300 rwhp, I could really care less if I am driving a manual or auto. However, with the 127 VTEC engine on our EX coupe, it is actually a very fun car to draw out the revs!
Definetely glad we opted for the manual in that car...it was very disappointing to see how hard it was to even track down a 5 speed EX coupe! 
Every single one, except the one we purchased, was an automatic! Manual trannys definetely seem to be a dying breed.

if she cant drive manual then she souldnt be a girl friend. One exception is if she is really really really (yes threee times over) hot.

Rep Power: 0 lol i love the manual and would never go back to auto. i started my sisters hatchback and i remember pressing the "clutch" ( the brake ) when i realized what i was doing, i was like "wtf!!". and i realized i cant be w/ out a manual..... has this happened to anyone? lol i know i cant be the only one!!

Rep Power: 0 i chose a auto because ITS A CIVIC its not like im missing out on something. if i had a sports car chances are it is going to be a stick. for all you people crying that you think your A/T civic is slow have you ever drivin a MT civic there not quick cars either.

I use to have a Auto Coupe but now i gotta 04 Manual and i love it 
no complaints all around. Traffic is no biggie to me i have patiences and don't mind the foot work....think of it as excersise

Rep Power: 513 I drive an auto. When i got the car I didn't know how to drive a stick, but now that I do i'm still glad I have the auto. I like driving my friend's manuals sometimes, but i dunno if i'd actually want one. Maybe if i had a different car.

Rep Power: 0 I own a manual!!! LOVE THEM !!!!!!! I only drove my mom's auto for a bit and it was ok I guess, nothing to do other then watch the road.. not as fun when you can downshift and gun it to pass someone up ..
