What more do you want? He f*cked so many members on this site over and he violated the vender disclaimor enough to get himself banned. Those conditions spell out that he will not get vendorship fee refunded...period. Think of someone other than yourself for a change...he didn't screw you, but he sure as hell screwed other members.

You say that you want him to stay on this site because it is more convenient for you and he hasn't f*cked you over YET. I tell you to think about fellow 7thgeners rather than yourself because he f*cked over enough of us to write a list.
You say Josh should get a refund and be allowed back on this site and I say you're self centered for saying such a thing. Josh sent us a defective part at the cost of around 5k (pulleys alone...more for Melissas head) and you whine because he lost $550 and you can't PM him? You have phone numbers and email addresses...deal.
If he was allowed to stay on this site and sell his POS parts then there would always be newbies who would see his posts, get misled, and get screwed over. People need to know that the website doesn't tolerate any vendor treating its members the way DH did (this is why the vendor disclaimor was developed and this is why the repercussions of violating this agreement were upheld). DH/Josh were warned on two occasions and members still got no refund and DH disrespected us. Maybe you want Josh on here because it serves you...but he diserves what he got...end of story.
It seems that 7then members and 7thgen admin will not bend over and take it when a vendor mistreats them.....good on us/them.

I am in no way saying that members have to buy his ****, or that you guys didn't get ****ed over. I don't understand the whole pulley thing because some fit, some didn't. I agree that the members with pulley's that tried to put them on and they didn't fit should get their money back.

Saying that we are no better that he is for not paying him back is like saying that fighting back when you get decked by a random person is wrong. Imagine yourself in a situation where you're at a show and some midgit runs up and punches you in the nose....are you gonna fight back? Knowing that you just said yes to that question means that you should realize how irrational your thinking is. You can't expect the midgit not to get knocked the f*ck out because he knew better than to run up and cold **** some guy...just like Josh knew better. The rules were spelled out for him and he misled us to sell parts..defective parts with no refund....Does he diserve a refund? No.
It doesn't matter what the majority thinks when you think about it...Derek banned Josh b/c he violated the disclaimer, not because the poll said 75% want Josh banned.
A nice guy? He ****ed you over, said we were all a joke, refuses to give us a refund, and says we are all jealous of his CRX.....but hey, call him up and get f*cked over again....you'll diserve every bit of it.

Rep Power: 0 agreed. He didn't rip me off, I never bought a pulley or any other DH product, I just noticed what he did and called him out on it. I didn't want to let him get away with it I guess.....the result of 8 hours a day at work with not much to do but read abotu how he was f*cking members over.

Anyway, I called this morning a bunch of times and left a message. Never got a call back. So I think it's gonna be a while before it gets installed. This town has no shops anywhere. Some places I called didn't even know what a cylinder head is!
And I just don't have the tools to do this myself. I feel comfortable opening stuff up, but I can't even get the header bolts off! I don't know what to do now.

Rep Power: 0 bah dude, that sucks. I wanted to install it myself, but when I realized I would have to move the cam and all that stuff...no good.
Back on that subject that i just mentioned....what would u have to do to move the cam over to the new head? No timing needs to be adjusted right? Or do u have to do certain things to it?

Rep Power: 811 I'm getting more and more confused. I thought the timing has to be set after everything it put back. But that's with the cam gear and pulley or something. Right now I just wanna get my header on, but that's not even working and now the bolt heads are rounded off.
