95 Honda Civic won’t start

Change the starter, fuel pump ,Distributor got battery check for power check out good ,cleaned battery terminals and change the connections also checked for blown fuses. When I turn the key I don’t hear the car prime the fuel pump but lights and radio turn on in car. Still not sure what the problem is .Friend recommend me to try out a new Ignition switch or maybe check ECU

Get to the fuel pump and unplug it. Check for battery voltage when it should be running. Could just be a bad pump.
