I doubt it would be possible even with a nitrous kit, to run under 14 in a d17a1 sedan you need to either k-swap or do a full motor build.

I'd look up andymans build and see what track numbers he posted to give you an idea.

For all out straight line power, you are going to want to turbo your car, not go NA. Just research as much as you can for week about everything turbo on this site and you'll be a genius. Turboing isnt scary if you do it right.
