i just went and got the hanger today (along with a new honda gas cap (came out to 30 bucks give or take a quarter) i am definitly annoyed, i left my cap on the trunk, and drop off without it! augh! another reason to go get one ;-)

Rep Power: 0 why dont you just trade in your 2k1 vics for a 2002 vic then you wont have to go through the trouble of ordering the part and installing it and everything.

Rep Power: 369 I don't get why we even need the hanger...just put the cap on your trunk lid while pumping and put it back when done. My 2k1 doesnt come with gas hanger.

Thank you so much for bringing this post back. I never noticed it before. I need to get one of those things. I always put my cap on the pump but, forget it once in a while.
