Center Caps for Steelies with Rear Drum Assembly

Hey guys, I bought some center caps for my 04 Civic's steel rims (the ones I repainted), but they don't fit over the rear drum assembly on the back wheels. The part number came straight from Honda, and I'm not sure where to find caps for the back wheels now. Basically, the drum assembly sticks out in the center of the wheel by about 1/4 of an inch which prevents the caps from sitting flush against the circle in the center of the rim itself. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? I don't even care what the caps look like because I want to paint them anyway, they just need to fit!

Have a picture? Where did you order the caps from?
