little confused

Hey everyone. New to the Honda scene. Quick question. I just bought an 06 Civic DX. After browsing Google for awhile, something doesn't make sense. When I look up trim levels for this car, it lists the DX has having 15" wheels, Rear drum brakes, no sunroof and no steering wheel audio controls. Where mine has 16" alloy wheels, Rear disc brakes, sunroof and audio controls on the steering wheel. We're these just available options for a DX or are my trunk badge and registration wrong?

Re: little confused

Sounds like it would be an EX in the states if the sunroof is factory..

Canada?
Go to this site http://www.torontohondaparts.com and enter your VIN, see what the parts catalog says the car is.

For that matter, you better check all the VIN tags on the car and make sure they all match.
Drivers door jamb big info sticker
Dash, lower drivers side, through the windshield

and every original body panel should have a small sticker with the VIN on it. May not be easy to find though.

Someone could have replaced the trunk lid, that's easy, and it could have been from a very wrong car.

Re: little confused

I'll run the VIN and see what comes up. Yes, I'm in Canada.

Interesting. Ran the VIN on the site you recommended and it came up as an EX. Dealer sold it to me as a DX so looks like I got a deal lol. Thanks for the info
