abs light in ex cluster?

abs light in ex cluster?
i just a 2001 ex cluster for my dx...i was wondering where the abs light was cuz if i put it in the light will always be on...the cluster is just a direct swap right? no need to modify?

remove the clear panel and the black bezel from your cluster and you will be left with the bare gagues...lift up the top of the cluster, it just peels, and hold it up to light..you will see the ABS icon. grab a small piece of electrical tape and cover up that LED. its not a light bulb.

Rep Power: 331 well, i know first hand because i had to do it. i have DX and i put EX cluster in my car. i tried to help, what you decide to do is completely up to you.
Skippo's right. I told him about the easy fix-that-abs light method. A lot of the things that light up inside the car are LEDs. I did it myself
why risk breaking your cluster trying to remove that abs light, when you can just cover that bish up? The leds aren't exposed either (not sticking out like keys on your keyboard); it's stuck deep in plastic parts of the clusters frame

Rep Power: 0 yeah..i just took out the bulbs and put it near light..and it's not a bulb...thanks for the help guys..now i just need to open it up...it's just clips right?

^ I dont believe so- I think the white plastic back removes from the black face and you have access.
