Side Airbag Cutoff Indicator cluster test issue

This is on my 2001 LX. It has side airbags. The SRS light is on for 15-2, which is wiring issue. I'm wondering if I have a cluster issue because the light never turns on when during start up or putting the cluster in test mode. Coincidentally, neither does the Driver's seat belt undone indicator.

Does anyone with a 01-03 civic that has side airbags have a picture of the dash during the cluster test? I want to compare it to mine and see if I should look for a new cluster or not.

Thanks

Here is a video of mine:

Makes me wonder if someone did a cluster swap before you got the car. There are probably 30 different part numbers for the clusters for various versions of the cars over a 5 year model run.

Sorry, no pics.
