check engine cluster issues. please help

check engine cluster issues. please help
I just bought a 2001 Honda civic ex and the guy that sold the car to me took out the check engine light from the circuit board. I guess just so I didn't find out it had a check engine light on. However, I found out it did when I went for emissions. I fixed the problem so no more codes but the circuit board on the cluster doesn't have a bulb. I was wondering if I can put a regular LED bulb or if someone can help me find a bulb.

If there is a radio shack near you still you can get an LED there for an arm and leg.

Amazon has them also for cheaper.
