well i'm finally underway with modding my car. my thermal exhaust came in today with my injen intake. soon very soon i will order the Mortegi Mr3 wheels with kuhmo tires. with that i am lowering it using comptech cprings (1.5) the roads in N.O. suck. and thats about it until i rake in some christmas money towards my body kit. i'm so excited

Rep Power: 0 lasttime they had the car theyt replaced the #3 injector i just hope that the one that is messing up again. my car has got 44,700 miles on it . the car is making me[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-puke.gif[/IMG] at the moment but they can fix it or keep it .

Rep Power: 0 i was bored so i went ahead and did my first DIY....i wired my radar detector to my map lights. I am getting my tint done tomorrow so it will be hidden behind the windshield strip. Hopefully it will still be affective, if not, ill just run the wire across the top and down the pillar to a corner(still better than having a wire going to the cigarette adapter)

They call him my twin because our cars used to look exactly alike. lol He's got a silver 2k1 coupe with silver rims, drop, and painted altezzas. He's goin to pick up his Xenon front bumper. I think his uncle is repainting it or something. Anyway, if you see him around town, flick him off or somethin. lol I lie, holla at him, he likes to see hooked up 2k1s. I mentioned something about the cruise that's goin on over there, and he said he might check it out. Wish I could drive there and check it out myself, but my car's been through enough lately. i almost $hit when light went green....that car drowned out MY SYSTEM it was so loud.....was insane....beautiful cars here though i must admit.
Hey Nuts the 1.5 drop sounds perfect, im getiin 1.75...alrdy have the stuff just need time to drop it.
Luz posts some picks on what u did cause i got the wire goin to the cigarette lighter so be interesting to see what u did.
I need to fix my interior lights, prolly my next day off and Jimmy ill let u know bout the sticker...im gettin VERY pissed but maybe it be worth the wait...if i have to go somewhere else though ill be spreading a bad name for the other place.

Oh, Nuts thing bout a Gulf Coast Meet....the ONLY way i could make it would be that 1) Dont make it the 1st weekend of a month cause i usually have Duty then and 2) i have school like everyday so best chance for me to show is like a middle weekend day. I need time to ask for it off but it should be cool.
AEM knows the only reason y ive missed get togethers is cause of Air Force Drill....but im lookin forward to meeting the rest of u cupcakes hahaha

Luz, that is true. Higher wattage bulbs put a strain on your electrical system. Specifically, the wire harness. If it doesn't melt your harnesses, the bulb will blow up. Some guy accidentally sold me the wrong set of bulbs when I first changed the lights on my car. About 6 months after I installed em, I turned on my lights, and heard a loud a$$ POP. Then one of my boys told me I had a headlight out. Well, come to find out, the light finally just blew up and I had millions of blue shards of glass stuck to the inside of my lights. Later on, the guy that sold them to me said that I was lucky because that sort of thing usually melts your wiring harness before the light blows up. lol Then he gave me two free sets of bulbs. (the right ones)

Rep Power: 0 well, i just got lucky....i was at a gas station and some guy flagged me down and asked me if i wanted to buy some speakers. I was like what you got. I got 2 Audiofile 830 LRs which are $1300 for a pair, for $300. I am gonna try to sell them for like $800. If any of yall are interested let me know. I have them already posted on ebay. They are 400w 3way floor speakers with 2 8" bass drivers, 1 5" midrange, and 1 1" tweeter.
