and school hehe ok guys here is the low down. My strut bar is on its way and should be here Monday, my Audio system is being installed Tues & Weds grand total of the system comes to a whopping $5000. BUT since my boy has business license i got the hookup and it cost me only $3000, so thats hella nice but IF i had gone through regular vendor it would be $5000...INSANE! but my car is bein worked on for show and the system is a competiton system...nice.

I'm hearin that lili is aimin for the Lafayette/Lake Charles area. It might go more towards Texas (hopefully), but either way we're gonna get some part of it. It just so happens that we're out of school thursday and friday for "fall break". And to top it off, the president of the company just announced that we're getting off at noon tomorrow, and we'll prolly be off thursday and maybe friday. I should be happy, but I have a feeling that I'm gonna spend most of my time finding shelter for my baby. I might get a few of my friends to come chill in the parking tower with me. Or maybe I'll go up north to JW's house. lol
As for the cruise, If it ends up drizzling or raining for the game on saturday, I might skip it and roll out to MS.

The bolts that i had to loosen to hookup the bar took FOREVER!!! God Himself would not let me get these off...i used Crisco and WD-40 and it took awhile...lol but its on

well i got a hookup from a friend BUT if i didnt get the hookup then the grand total is $5500, the system itself was $4000, this is where i got hookup up, my boy has a business license so instead of payin 4g's i paid $2350 ALL new so i actually paid $3850 and saved $1650. Not bad at all....guys the sytem is NUTS!! haha i havent even tuned it all out yet to optimize it and when it hits i CAN NOT breath...i have to physically think bout taking a breath....hilarious [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]

Thx for the props....and let me know what u guys think....i need to lower my ride...i have the stuff and havent done it yet...nice........im lazy.

Damn Pearl!! Ride is lookin tight as hell. The trunk setup looks cool, now let's see some pics of the interior. Like you said, the ride needs to be dropped, and you need to tint the windows fool. How was the cruise? Did any of you MS peeps go? I was over here gettin my a$$ kicked by lili. The eye passed just to the left of us, so we got some of the worst weather. We had a shiitload of branches that broke and shingles that were ripped off.....but luckily no major damage. I slept one night in a hot a$$ house (no electricity) and then friday and saturday night my girlfriend and I went to Baton Rouge and stayed in a hotel. I think we got power back sometime saturday night. And I'm glad to say that my car made it out in one piece. No dents, scratches, or anything. I must have run out about 10 times during the hurricane so I could pull the car cover back over the front of my car!!![IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG] Everyone was like, "Are you nuts? Get back in here!!" lol Oh well, everything's ok now.

im gettin that illegal tint here soon, the dude is lookin for the blue/mirror i want and especially since i got my new HU...that thing is so bright that i can read it outside my car and everything...shameful....im workin on it pimps.

Cruisin the Coast runs from this past sunday to next sunday...its a week long event [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG] I have everything to drop it...except the time...im tryin. Also im workin a deal with the shop here for the DVD player and TV's haha i feel VERY spoiled...then ill just sit back...collect interest and wait to see what Bomex has kit wise for our cars.

WE need to learn how to paint interior stuff...like the dash and everything....i keep tryin to scheme cause rippin out the dash seems crappy as hell....i dunno....hey what u guys think, Xbox or PS2 in the ride? i have an xbox in my house so i would buy another one for the car but that seems odd...but then again EVERYONE has a PS2 and im against joining the masses lol

and we didnt get 1 drop of rain from Lilli...i had to goto school and everything...blahhhhhh

okay, now you guys are going to be mad at me. i am not getting the turbo just yet. well i didnt buy a truck to bag, but i did buy a 1966 chevy pickup and a 1972 chevelle SS. me an my dad bought them to restore. the SS only need a motor, tranny and paint. other than that, it is in perfect shape.(body wise) the truck needs a little tlc. i will post pics next week of the two. getting them both for $3000..... i know that i could have used that and got a bad turbo set up, but man, it isnt everyday that you can get to classics for 3000 buck, much less the SS.
