lol nice AEM!! u get the header where u had to cut ur engine mount or the other one? sounds like u got the other but i just wanted to be sure. I gotta pack my stuff for new orleans...ill holler before i head that way though...peace fools

Yeah, I got the full 4-1 header and I had to shave my engine mount a bit. But it was definitely worth it.

Damn, Todd, awesome kill man. Looks like I'll be in Denver for new year's. I have a meet set up at the second creek raceway in denver and it should be awesome, I have alot of cars coming on top of the 7th gen drivers who are coming. It should be alot of fun seeing some real fast cars running on the track and checking out all the rides. I'll have alot of pics soon so I'll make sure to post em. Have a safe new year's everyone. sup fellas. i was in new orleans for new years. went a few days ahead to watch the saints game. g/f dad bought us tickets. that was my first pro game. good seats too. going to put hood scoop on today. getting intercooler fitted by end of the week. and header fitted for this turbo. all i have left is the fuel stuff. now i am in a bind. pay for school or turbo. hahhahhhah

oh yeah, about that hood. i dont think that i am going to need it because i am not going to mold the hood scoop. everyone that i talk to told me not to mold it because it will eventually crack. they said just bolt it on and use some kind of special rubber gasket on it. i dont know. anyways there is this guy in my town that does paint and body, and he told me that he will put it on for 50 bucks. so i told him hell yah. just got finished with a clear coat a min ago and have to put a couple more on it. went to shop today and ryan(turbo installer) told me that he talked to a couple of diff people about the fuel crap and that he almost had it narrowed down to the best for my buck kinda deal. so you know what that means.. i will be boostin shortly. i will be the slowest cool soundin civic in alexandria.

Man, I'm gonna be jealous when u finish the turbo. And like you said, even if your car isn't that much faster, it'll sound the best. lol But seriously, you'll probably have the fastest 7th gen in Alexandria when you're finished. Unless someone over there has a K20 swap. I wanna run you when you finish. Just to see the difference. How much extra HP are you expecting? 5 or 6 psi of boost usually means about 50 more HP no? I called Lightning Motorsports yesterday about getting my car on a Dyno and they said that it's $99 for an hour (2-3 runs), or $69 for one run. They're all booked up until about the 22nd of this month, but let me know if you wanna go. We can make a trip to Baton Rouge and dyno both of our cars. I also wanna take my car to the track. Does anyone know if they're open right now? Or do they shut down for the "winter" season? I really need to get a 1/4 mile time for my car.

fight....cheap *** shot when i was looking the other way this dude hit me from the side (during a soccer game) so i stumbled back and broke his nose, blackened both his eyes pretty badly, and my freind broke the dudes arm so he got what his *** deserved. now i'm a damn eyesore for 4 weeks. i can still sip some [IMG]i/expressions/beer_yum.gif[/IMG] tho. i can only eat blended **** through a straw.
