Replacement cam sensor

I got the denso crank sensor but the cam sensor (TDC) is out of stock everywhere.

Has anyone had luck using aftermarket sensors for the cam? If so please advise brands that actually work.

Thanx

No, either get one from the dealer or try your luck at the junkyard

Ok. Should I not bother with it if it is not failing then? How durable are these things? The one on there looks basically ok and has not thrown codes.

If it isn’t throwing codes, there’s no need to replace it.

Re: Replacement cam sensor

No issues. Just have it all apart now figuring on preventing a future issue.

Cam sensor’s easy to get to anyway. I wouldn’t replace it until necessary.
