help me please

ive got a problem with my type r. the engine mangement light keeps coming on.Ive had it checked out and the fault code keeps coming up p0341.Honda have told me its something to do with the camshaft.Does anyone know any more.thanks

its the cam sensor that triggers it,but honda have said it could be one of three things including "the v-tec phase gap" ? What the hell is that Ive only had the car three months so very new to all this
