For anyone that wants the highest output of lighting and easiest install, get these mLed 2.0 kit.
I went form the H1 Mini retrofit (from 2013) to these LED retrofit.
The output from the H1 was showing its age. Coming from my Lexus LED headlights then jumping into my civic, I can see how bad the h1 were. Almost like modern day halogen projector output.
Install is straight forward and simple. It's designed for H4 housing. pretty close to plug and play. Nothing to cut or mod. I'm using Iris shroud and bi-xenon motocontrol harness from the H1 retrofit. I had to order LumaWerx H4/9003 Switching Ground Polarity Module to fix the high beam issue.

Left is H1 retrofit, right is mLED 2.0 retrofit.


the LED driver is mounted on the bottom side of the headlight. I 3d printed a mounting bracket. I uploaded it here for anyone to print: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4719201

This mod probably cost more than the car LOL.

That side cutoff looks great! Thanks for posting up. Pretty sure this is the first time I've seen an mLED retro posted up anywhere

edit: I wanna see what the cutoff looks like on a wall. lol. Also, not gonna lie, makes the 7thgen look more bugeyed than a regular H1/D2S retro. lol
