Pharoh: Apparently you need more than that. The master cylinder is different, as is the ABS sensors. You also need to get the abs computer, as well.

then you can go hog-wild with a back end...but you will probably also want the front end, non? I'm not sure, but if the EL has better front discs/calipers/etc, it might be better to just steal the parts off of the trashed car.

a nice side-swiper would be nice, so that the front&rear are still in tact!

Did that 7thGen with the New Brunswick plate have a decal on the side that said 'Extreme'? I saw one up on King Edward today parked in front of a residence. It was blue with Altezza's and wheels (don't know which kind).

anyone know were i can get some plasti-kote spray paint. I tried using some other stuff for my vents, but its not working out too well. I need some good plastic paint. Anyone know?

Sup Baller. Go to Canadian Tire. Use Duplicolor though, it has a nicer finish. I used a silver flek primer and a blue on my cover under the hood, it matched the CAI perfectly.

yah ive tried that stuff too...but i used the high heat resistant one for my honda cover and that worked out alright...but i wanna do the interior..and it seems that the paint doesnt wanna stick to plastic that well. Where did u get your primer, and did you use a clear coat after it was done. The clear coat i use basically eats away at the paint when i spray it on. It makes the paint like dark dark grey and dries the same colour! I need to fix it soon cuz i dont wanna be crusin on friday with a half *** ride you know!!!

i already know how to take everything out. Ive slowly learned how to take off almost everything in the car!!! everything is snapped its crazy. Okay so i have some duplicolour paint...but i need to clear coat to prevent the paint from fading.rubbing offf

the guy from new brunswick: his car is black. he appears to have the buddy club body kit, but I'm not 100% sure.

he's also riding on stock rims, has altezza's, and has a high spoiler (not a wing, just a really tall spoiler).

he also has altezza's, and new headlights I think.

1983: I think the neuspeed struts are the koni's. They basically bought a bunch from Koni, and are pushing them.

the rear sway bar is pretty sweet for our cars...it's the same as the progress technologies rear swaybar.

man, wtf, why do they want so much for the header? that's retarded!

800 for a header!!!! thats outrageous!!! i got mine of ebay for like 100 bucks american!!! u should take a look....they are dc sports too..but they wont fit on my car untill i change the rest of the exhaust system!! you could buy mine off me but there is an o2 sensor bung welded into it cuz the dx has one before the cat. U could plug it up with a bolt if u really want!! haha ghetto

hey guys i was wondering if 2001-2003 civic si, lx, ex, use the same dc header or there are different kind because ebay is selling dc header for 01+ civic ex (us model) for like 225 usd
any feedback would be appreciated

do you have an Si?

(Canadian Si = American EX)...

if you have an LX, you'd have to buy the Si/Ex cat, and get an EX/Si compatible exhaust system. if you score that, you're set.

you'll have to extend the wires on your o2 sensor if you have an LX, though, cuz it won't reach. not a hassle, though.

f u c k, speed shops around ottawa are seriously hurting the tuner industry. most of the shops are completely retarded!!

ok, concerning tomorow, there is a couple of things.

has anyone read the sun today? there is a big article about street racing, and also along with the recent events of the cops cracking down on online forums and stuff, i think we should be a bit carefull, unfortunally we mqatch the profile of the "street racers" and the fact the the cops do stero type aginst civic drivers make us a target, B/A was mentions as a hot spot for racers in the newspaper, and now everyone thinks that cars meet there too race, so if we go tomorow, do be prepared to be a harrased, i dont have anything illegal on my car so i am not worried, but some of you might be. the cops are beefing up undercover cops and stuff, so we have to be a bit carefull.

just thought i would let everyone know

yah i feel you completely.....at my school they are advertising some street racing meeting held by cops to give out info and ****. Its all because of the new movie on friday....just to let everyone know...i am going to be going the speed limit all night...all month as a matter of fact...because i have ONE point left on my license...not good

Ya, it should be pretty crazy tomorrow night. I remeber right after the first movie came out I was in T.O and it was pretty nuts. Lots of kids in mommys van being all stupid.
They can't really do anything to you for being at B&A ecept ask you to leave. Unless you have something illegal done to you car. In the past they have been pretty good about it, I seriously doubt they will harras you for having the wrong coloured bulbs or some shyt like that. Take it a little easier for the night. Sucks 'cause I'm finally getting my struts replaced tomorrow and I want to drive like a nut again

-neuspeed strut front = 188$+tax

1983: I have the front and rear lower sway bars. They make a huge difference. I also have a tie bad and upper front tower brace. The sway bars and tie bar were a set from Progree, pretty pricey but it's the best on the market.

B&A: I agree that we should probably take it easy on the way to B&A tomorrow night but realistically, none of us have anything to worry about...Just don't drive like a dumb *** and all will be fine. If they show up at B&A they won't bust you for being parked. Besides, nothing we have on our rides is illegal, light bulbs are the least of their concers.

So having said all this....ROLL CALL FOR ST.LAURENT @ 9pm. Maybe we should try for a little earlier so as to get better pics....anyone agree?
