Caliper Painting Party:
http://www.7thgencivic.com/forums/sh...&pagenumber=29
Aight i've been talked to a couple of people about what they plan on doing in the spring, and mike and I came up with an idea to have a spring install party. I know that erik wants to lower his car and put rims on, i have the lip kit to do, i think mike has some tricks up his sleeve, and im sure alot of others have mods they are planning!
So anyways I wanted eveyone to post if they are interested, and we could make a huge meet to help eachother install everything, then go crusin' around with all the fresh gear. So lemme know what you think and we can get something rollin'!

Sounds awsome DAWG!!!!!!!!!!! just got a price for rims, rubber and springs. $2269 taxes in.
wheels NOT installed, but I have until end of March early April to save up $100 bucks to get the tires mounted at Frisby. As for the Springs, I'm hoping you guys can help with that install. (would save me around $100) then I will be able to save another $100 for the alignment, (again at Frisby) I'm getting Verdicts in silver (248 a wheel), wrapped in Falkon ZE512's (158 a wheel), and Neuspeed Sport Springs (349 a set) 1.75 frint 1.5 rear. For a grand total of 2269 taxes in. It seems pretty good concidering I wanted to keep it as close to 2g's as possible. CAN'T WAIT FOR SPRING!!!!!!!!!!

Eric you should check out Deals for wheels. I took our car there (don't ask..Julian did something dumb again) For a new stealie, take old tire off, put old tire on new rim and have it balanced and it cost be like $68. They seemed really good. They might be a little cheaper then frisby.

just check it out

the guy has a 99.7 positive feedback rating. That's good! Plus you'll save atleast 100$. I don't know about you, but that sounds really good to me. I've ordered a bunch of stuff on ebay for my car (wheels, springs, pulleys, gauges...) and never had any problems. Personally i don't think there's anything to worry about.

um Eric deals for wheels came highly recomended by mike as well. I don't know if you read my whole post but I paid a total of $68 for everything including a stealie. It costs about $10 per tire to put rubber on and balance a tire. So $40 all together. I have been to frisby tire alot dealing with my work cars and the only difference between the 2 stores is one is smaller and has better prices. But hey if you wanna spend an extra $30 thats your choice.

Player : just go to one of the quick shops (mides?) and they will do it.
and for spring installs, I am in!! I will probly get some hands on underneons and alarms. I think I am giving up rimz this year tho.

Dna: definetly go to Frisby to get them wheels put on cuz they warranty your rims if the scratch them or bend them (that's what Joe from Pearl told me)
As for me, Im going down to chicago to get the Konig Freefalls. Me and the folks are going down to visit some family and my uncle down there said they are inexpensive if you know where to go.

U can't beat Frisby...they're the best hands down.
I would love to do this over at my dad's but it's a little out of everyone's way I think. Perth is about a 30 minute stretch in traffic.
