that is becasue there is a positive pressure in the manifold when under throttle. the more throttle you give the more pressure is present. so the map has to be able to read pressure. but it shouldnt be able to adjust for pressure above what the motor draws. if you running we will say a 1/2 bar of boost this is still above what the map should be able to read. with the 2 bar(1.8 bar) sensor it reads 1 bar vaccum and 1(.8) bar pressure which is what the motor creates n/a. i think it may be able to recognize boost at part throttle but at WOT you should go pretty damn lean being that there is more than .8 bar present in the manifold. make sense?
