Wow I think I blew my mind.

I had to replace a blown n2o purge line and fix the way my n20 jet was pointing. While taking things apart I decided to take a look at my jets. To my surprise I have been running only a 50 shot all this time

I could have sworn I was using the 65 shot jets from my kit. Well I threw in the 65 shot jets and will see what kind of times i get this weekend at the track. I think I am gonna finnaly see some 13 second slips. Just thought I would share. It really blew my mind

yah lol.. turbo for these cars is alot and u dont get much. im ordering my zex wet kit in a few days and gunna run the 75shot its way cheaper also im not keeping my car long only for 9 more months then its an STI

also i wont run into as many problems as people with turbo, ill save gas and i dont have 2 tune it all the time, and if i happen 2 get in a wreck and my front end gets smashed i wont lose $4,000

doesnt matter where it is. If the bottle exceeds the pressure limits, or the valve gets knocked off the top.... you are dead.

please dont turn this into a turbo vs nitrous debate.

DJ, cant wait to see your slips with the new pills! I dont believe any nitrous car has gone 13's yet, have they?

I had thought that maxima picture wasn't because of nitrous. Looks like its been burnt or something. If the tank just exploded, would it catch fire like it looks like in the picture?

maxima story: guy left the bottle heater on..
on another compressed gas note, knocking off the valve will only cause the bottle to go flying in the air. Dont believe me, go watch some myth busters :P

it didnt catch on fire. Look at the interior, you can still see the unburned foam from the back seat.

i didnt say it caught fire.. i said that he left the bottle heater on.. therefore causing too much pressure and then it went kaboom... no fire.. just air
