I wish the best of luck to you^^
Even if you are missing something, as Civic01vtec said, Catalyst is back on the boards and seems to be sending people the parts that they were missing.

After months of fu(king waiting and dealing with tons of hassles and **** i finally seem to be getting what i deserve!
Here are a few teaser pics. I know im missing a few pipes but those are all on the way. They shipped it all in two boxes to ensure i got a perfect kit with no damage. I have the FMIC as well but i didnt get the picture
but it looks amazing compared to my last one. The rest are on thier way. Should have it in by Mon.

Ill be getting the newer fuel system made of billet this time. They actually called me! So after i got all my Q&A out of the way they will ship the rest of the kit now that they know the addy is correct and everything. Ill keep you posted guys.

Wow - looks good....
About my stuff - if you guys get stainless - make sure they don't screw you over. My stainless manifold contains a MILD STEEL TIAL FLANGE! Its starting to rust - and I'm quite pissed....Plus the downpipe was mild steel, but that's not as big of a deal as the wastegate flange.
Thanks for another great cheap manifold SF, can't wait to see when it cracks! Hope that the #'s it will put down will be good, or I'll have waited all of this time for nothing. Going to the dyno on Monday.

i didnt get a stainless mani. Sorry to hear about your luck once again with SF. It seems like they continue to take the cheap route on these parts.
I hope they arent all this way
I hope they arent all this way I opened my box today that i got Tuesday. Finally drove home to pick it up, all i got where 7 pipes and one that looks to have a bov connected to it (one part looks kind of like the part where you stuff pot into a pipe) I hope that’s the bov.
I don’t believe that one is a down pipe either that or I got an lx down pipe or something. Shouldn’t the down pipe have holes in it for a sencer? The other things that where shipped to me where the intercooler which looks ok only a few fins are a little bent but that’s expected I guess since they bend so easy. I got the air filter and then just clamps and connecters, the nut rod thing and a bunch of oil feed stuff in a smaller box.
So I looked over the check list since I am missing a lot of things, aka the most expensive things in the kit. They wrote down that I was getting 2 boxes one box is checked off one way and the other is checked off another way. Well the way they checked it I was suppose to also get the actual turbo, alcohol kit, and manifold in the box I got. So that’s an update on what i got and how much more I need to get grrrrrr more calling i guess.
The pipes look nice could not see any pinhole size holes in the welds even took a flashlight to them. Going to take them to someone that knows about welds if i have time this week. And I must say I love the color of my pipes black pearl.

take some pics of the black pipes. As far as the BOV, your correct in the term. That is the BOV. THey shipped my stuff ion two boxes as well because they said it was easier on the parts when shipping. Good luck with yours.

It seems as tho SF is getting things right the 2nd time around. I would imagine that they would save alot of money, time, and labor if they did everything right the first time. Wouldnt you all agree?
going on what red said, the box is a huge box and it was really heavy and it was packed as packed could be so i could see less stress in 2 boxes.
but wouldent you think of sending both at the same time?

I am new to this site but i have been keeping up on the thread about these SF turbo's. To me, they seem like a crappy company throwing things together, trying to make a dollar and run.
Are there any other reliable (probably more expensive) companies that make turbos for the d17's? I have an 03 EX man trans.
Thanks,
Mike
