How I got it is a long story. But to cut it short I asked a friend of mine in CA to drive 8 hrs up to SF and get my kit from them. Made a few calls to SF, a few emails and to my surprise it all turned up pretty good. I also got a refund on the shipping payment that I made ealier to SF (since they didnt ship it, instead I got it picked up). Mike was at some wedding that day and he came to the shop to hand over the kit and the refund money.
Now the story is that though I got the kit but its with my friend in California. If I plan to keep it I'll get it shipped directly to me, otherwise I might sell it if I get a good price. The kit has all the upgrades with an external wastegate and according to my friend it has no part missing or damaged. I'll post up some pics as soon as my friend emails them to me (in a day or two). If anyone is interested in buying do let me know.

Anyway, looks good, congrats - now install it & dyno buddy! Enjoy the good fun.

the reason why they send complete kits out to other people while others still wait for missing parts is to reduce the number of people on their backs..... while they ignore other's well just to update i tried emailing SF and still calling them no response their final chances were given to refund me my money totalling $3690 and they refused so i have attained a lawyer and i will be taking SF to court and i do not intend to settle.

Anybody know where I can get a gasket for between the turbo & the exhaust manifold equal legnth header? If they do not make them, how can I make one myself, is there some sort of universal gasket that you cut & shape yourself?

It is from roadraceengineeing.com, and for a FORD style T3 turbo. I believe stafford is using the Mercedes style T3 turbo (as that is what my exhaust flange was made up for).

if you have an internal wastegate then this is what you would use.

Sorry, but I am looking for this type of square one, do I need the triangle/round one as well?
I see the square one here, might work...
http://www.turbocity.com/product_inf...59bd69e79f2183

For the part on the left, black exhaust mani - grey turbine housing. I took em appart, and there is no seal but bare metal between them. Upon re-assembly, I would like to put the gasket in there. Do you think the one in TurboCity will do me good?
Gasket T3 Inlet $6.55
320-160
Stainless gasket to mount between turbine housing inlet and your manifold to insure proper seal.
Weight: 0.04 lbs.
