For those who bought with credit cards, please read:
If you put a purchase on a visa card, the vendor is obligated to refund your money if no product is received. Try contacting the bank to get credited the difference. Once SF starts seeing that money flow out maybe it will open their eyes and teach them not to play with people's money. Especially at 3g a pop.

Rep Power: 0 Whats the situation for those who are trying to get a refund? If anyone of you has done or doing it, please let me know whats the procedure. I am thinking of getting a refund as well. I dont want the kit anymore coz I'll be selling my car very soon. But I think it wont be easy to get our money back from SF since they are handling the busniess so unprofessionaly. I wish I was there in person to handle this crap.
We're in a different situation than you guys because we purchased the kit through truehonda, not directly from SF. Truehonda will be pursuing legal action against SF if things are not resolved, so it's a bit different from a direct customer asking for a refund.

I ordered in end of Feb. So almost about to be 5 months and no news of my kit. Whats the deal with the rest of you? (other than truehonda customers)

Rep Power: 0 i ordered directly from SF and its been almost 2 months and i'm still waiting for my complete kit and i ordered this in nov of 03 GB. I'm to the point where i just want a refund. not like i can sell the kit because alot of minor items are still missing

well looks like bad news for people who paid through paypal. i was reading through their buyer complaint process and you have to file a claim within 30 days of payment and "RECOVERY OF YOUR CLAIM IS NOT GUARANTEED". so my advice is get a lawyer and NOW! that looks like the only way to get your money back. good luck!

I can't seem to get a hold of him - I am thinking of just getting a local fab shop to make a down pipe for me instead of waiting, and just have stafford add the amount they charge me to make it to what they owe me anyways. I am not waiting another 6 months for a f^cking downpipe / dumptube.
I cannot believe the BS that they are putting us through - I sure hope that other people on this board see how bad SF has become.

Please keep this on topic. Those of us who this thread actually concerns are getting sick of wading through various dezod/cybernation/TSI information to try and read about our kits.

Guys, got in contact with SF today at 6:45 CET. I talked for a while and they said some bs about stolen phone watever. Anyways, here is the deal. Mike is getting money from UPS bc Zach's kit is messed up. He will refund me and call tomorrow (right). As for Jason, he got your list and will try to take care of it. I asked him if I will consistantly be able to contact him and he said yes. Tomorrow awaits. BTW, told him about lawyer and he listened much better
