Man is that convinient. I don't think I can though. I would really rather just install the stupid thing if the rest of it ever arrives, but now someone says I have a used (possibly rebuilt) turbo from SF, and that is another thing I have to alk to them about.
ok update for you guys i got in contact with mike yesterday(how convenient) and he claims that my stuff is still in the shop and he thought it was shipped out 1 month ago
and he doesnt know how it wasnt shipped out
so he was like ill overnight it to you tomorrow and it will be here on thur
so i was like and on top of that the mani doesnt mount up onto the turbo plus the bolts are missing he was like you can take it to a machine shop and get it machined to slide down
> he told me to overnight him the mani turbo and downpipe and he'll instal everything and guaranteed to have it to me by fri ( had a brain fart and said ok) then i realized who i was dealing with again and i called back and left a message saying i'm not going through the "guaranteed" time of delivery with you again because you did it with my pipes which was suppoed to be back on my dorsteps in 5 days and it took 1 month so i'll be obtaining a lawyer because you dont want to give my money back willingly and if it does go all the way to court i'll have to fly to cali to attend which means ill be loosing time from work etc etc so i'll be suing for the cost of my kit plus all expenses
and he doesnt know how it wasnt shipped out

I am using e-manage as a fmu, and I already have it connected.
Ok honestly I don’t really think any thing is going to blow unless you tune it way out of wack.
Also someone posted before that they thought the welds where going to fall out and blow the engine. Welds are very strong and they most likely won’t do that

Im so sorry guys for being away. I dont want to sound like SF, but I have had a HORRIBLE TIME MOVING around my area due to really nasty living conditions. Anyways, I talk to SF daily now and they are getting me a tracking number.

Well I finally got hold of Mike Stafford on the phone. I am getting my kit picked up through a friend who lives in California around the 15th of this month. This way everything would be checked (quality and completion) before the kit is recieved. If something is missing or is not acceptable, SF would give a refund on those parts.
Will post pics once I get them. After that, still thinking either to keep it or sell it?

I talked to Mike on Wednesday, and he said my kit was mailed a few months ago. No kit here yet. He also said he would take the loss and send me another on. I aksed about a refund and he said that he did not have the money to give me a refund. No kit, no refund....man my *** really hurts!!!!
Its funny...everyone who actually talks to this guy gets "oh it was shipped, you didn't get it??????"
I guess thats the standard line that people are still somewhat believeing.
DON'T LET HIM PUSH YOU AROUND. If you aren't strong enough to stand up for what is right, get a lawyer. In almost all cases, he has voided a contract and/or a warranty of merchantability.

Here is the problem with the tracking number....i live in Germany, and my address is an apo, ae (army post office) and you can only ship stuff to me through the U.S Mail. The U.S. Mail blows when is comes to me getting parts. Mike said he shipped it through the USPS and he paid cash when he mailed it. I don't know, A $3370.00 turbo kit and you just mail it?!?!?!?!? I would think you would put insurance or something to where you could track it. Anyway, I checked with the apo and they have not seen **** with my name on it. Like I said before I got screwed with no KY
