I just ordered mine . I should be boosted by next sunday. As far as how much? I will play it by ear. I know I will not exceed 8 psi. I might be tempted to!!! hehehehehe. Hopefully I get a sig soon too.

I have had my new leakless in for a couple of weeks now. Have been running daily at 10psi (220whp). I torque the head bolts down from 49 to 51lbs. No leaks, no overheating. Car runs great. I think that everyone with turbo will eventualy blow the stock head gasket. Good idea to just put a leakless on upfront. Might look into the KMS blockguard while you have it apart. it is not sleaves but it is something.

But let us see how long you can run that reliably.

Lets hope at least a month. It only has to last untill my new engine gets here. I would up it to 12psi but it uses too much VTEC juice when I do that.

I am having a fully built D17 w/Pnp head, cam, IM. TB the works done.

It started off only a Pnp head and TB. There were a couple of small problems and the company threw in a race cam and custom IM for a little extra money.

Another member bought and paid for a fully built block and had to back out of the deal. He could not get a refund so I bought it from him at a $500 loss.

So for about $3000 total I will fully built block(pistons, rods, etc), PnP head, race cam, 74mm TB, Custom IM, custom flywheel, underdrive pulley and a few other little things.

My Sf turbo was used for a little more than $2000. With all upgrades.

So for $5,000 a little less than a full K20 swap, I will be at around 300hp at the wheels and 280lbs torque.

I need upgraded spark plugs soon. I am using VAFC2 to control fuel. I found a dyno close to my house $50 for a few pulls to tune.

I got lucky on some good deals.

Here is a dyno on my current setup on stock engine.
