i was wanting to get a underdrive pully, i contacted joe tech they said that it would not be good with a turbo set up......... why is this? due to the economy crashing it might be a minute before i can get a turbo, it would be a hassel to put one on, then have to remove it when i/ if i ever get a turbo, any one have any input on this?
i've never heard of that either...interesting. i DO know that it's not good to have one with you like having loud music...cuz it takes power from it to make the car faster or something to that sort.

it doesnt sound right that an after market part should make less power if thats what u are refering too. with a turbo i would think that the losses from a pulley would be far out wieghed by a turbo

Yeah I was told that too- too bad I have them then. It has to do w/ the fact that it is pulling so much with the underdrive that using something say like a/c is making the car have to work extra hard. I have to ask this guy I know, he said this is the prob but also told me the easy way to readjust- I have had no probs with mine w/ the turbo on though....

Jotech is the best damn shop in my area, i always go up and talk with them. and i've even have a chance to chill with kenny tran. good guys, and if you've ever seen their yellow NSX. OMG !! freakin gorgeous
I was at Woodburn and i chilled with Kenny Tran while he was trying to start his Supra but it wouldn't start because he ran his battery down.... Kenny and his crew know a hella lot of **** especially his Quakerstate hatch that he races. I also watched Stephen Papadakis run a 6.82 @ 207mph in his 2003 RWD Civic
