well just had the meet in tucson and it went great, we drove around, went swimming ate pizza, an all around good time, thanks for everyone that could make, and for the rest of you, well better luck next time, hey rolando and elliot thanks for clearing the lights, ive gotten numerous compliments about em, and i havent gotten any trouble from the cops yet,<knock on wood>, anyways, so i went down to toyhouse today, and the guy i know there scott made me an offer on some eibach sportline drop springs, for 190. good price, yes no, someone let me know, also brian did some detective work for me and found the unorthodox underdrive pully kit for i believe 290. plus im having scott check and see if he can get it cheaper, hehe, some great mods for me car, hehe i cant wait, well thats all cant wait to see your posts guys, oh and jodie if you can post some of the meet pictures, i wanna see hehe, and then everyone can see my car in undressed, well see yall

Whoa Eric, yeah drop that ride, I plan on doing the same myself. I'm gonna go with the Neuspeed Sports though. Everyplace I've gone to wants $199 for Eibach Sportlines...so hell 9 bucks is 9 bucks... Let me know. How much did you pay for your CAI? I'm also lookin into that...

i believe that would be a good time to have a meet right near the IDRC challenge at firebird, so the weekend of this little even shall be our meeting time, then well cruise up to firebird to run some times, or watch, oh by the the way everyone, last night i went to speedworld with brian, we ran our cars, brian just lowered his car yesterday also, he ran a 17.9, i ran my best a 16.8, remember that stupid cavalier guy who was boasting we cant break 17, well i did, and im freakin happy about it, and i have the time slips to prove it, hahah later guys

Congrats on breaking into the 16's. I haven't seen any 7th gens running that fast at Firebird, the only one I remember was a lowered (I think) dark blue coupe running low 17's.
Platcruiser was wrong: Firebird doesn't have any info on their page about the IDRC event. IDRC's website does, you should check it out. It's October 12th and 13th, and it's $20 to watch both days, or $60 to race.
I'll be running in the Super Stock Bracket class (15.00 and slower), you all should too. Especially anyone with an automatic, because they're easier to run consistently.

ahh vandemar has infact invaded this board to as well as the southwest neon forum
heh j/k
techincally I'm not wrong, if you infact go to firebird and race often, they give you the run down of the upcoming events.
and IDRC is going to be there the listed dates you gave.
good luck to all who race, and eric keep up the practice, you'll hit lower times for sure

AZ-What does everyone think about an Oct. 12th or 13th meet? Would you be able to make it? Say meet at Firebird either to watch and or participate??? Throw out some thoughts please and thank you!!!
eiher date would be good for me. but i wouldnt participate on them races kause my kar is hella slow, so im just going to race the spectator stands, hehe
yeah, would be good to have the meet there and see eric show off his record time or anyone else who would top him.
think it would be fun!!

ok one the reason why im not totally explaining the rules of idrc lright now is becasue i just got off work and its eleven forty, well you dont have to have the fastest car on the planet to race there rolando, you just have to be able to beat your teams, better than the other guy, so if you run a 16.8 and you dial that in, and you beat it, but the other guys runs a 15.9 and say he runs a 16.2, you win because you beat your dialed in time, hahah its pretty awesome. later , ill ggive more detail later
