i think honda just uses the cheapest batteries possible. i did notice honda batteries tend to die after about 3yrs. It happened on my civic and my gf rsx..almost right on the dot. of 3yrs.

I told my gf to switch her battery as preventative maintence since its been three years. Then a week later her battery died. I just bought her one of the cheap walmart batteries and seems to be working fine.

Ahh, i c. The battery's cell went bad after about 2 years (not even near 3 years). Hmm.. cheap batteries. Would you invest in the yellow top Optima battery? I've a 1000w amp, 2 10" subs, HIDs, front fogs and soon to be rear fog.

uhmmm well the hids and fogs dont take up much power. the HIDS will take up less power then your stock halogens did. i think if your not running your 1000w amp full volume all the time a regular battery should be fine. if you tend to bump it more then i would go with the optima.
