Blue bulbs for license plate will definately get you a ticket, although if I were to change mine, that is exactly what they would be. I'd just eat that ticket every time because the level of cool I would achieve from this would be totally worth it.

I don't think so, but cops have monthly quotas, which by the way, they don't admit, but they do, so I'm sure before the end of the month, they'll pull you over for something like that. Just like in most cities, neon lighted license plate frames are illegal lol
