That is also illegal. If you ever got a ticket for street racing like I did, it says SPEED CONTEST. Me and my friend were going 40 in a 50 zone and since we spun our tires and accelerated to 40 we got tickets.

if you burn out from a stop on streets, cops can give you a ticket for reckless driving. i know, cause when i was in highschool, i almost got a ticket for doing burnouts in my buick
