i'd drop a k20a2 in instead of the d17a2 and would not have gotten the body kit and rims and the extra goodies in exhange for it.

i woulda stayed away from any irreversible mods-

-interior trim painting
-side marker install
-the screw holes and scrathes caused by my lip kit

why? so i can actually make some money when its time to sell!

I would have tried to convince my parents to let me get it manual when I was 16, apparently they didn't think I was a good enough driver to handle a 5 speed, jerks haha. then i would have saved up for the k20a2 swap instead of dropping $1100 on cheap 7-spoke chrome wheels from wheelmax (i was young alright). I'd save up enough money so when it came time to swap, I'd have the quaife LSD, K-pro, Tein SS, and 17" gunmetal work emotions to go on as well

. And I would have had such a good part-time job in high school that I was able to do all of this before becoming a broke college kid. damn that sounds good..

I would've gotten black w/ factory spoiler, '03 for the tranny, and put on full Neuspeed coilovers instead of just lowering springs and now I have to save for a damper system. Oh, and I would've done a better job on my headlight caulking and did the chrome insert tint while it was apart

See, I love the Civic's style so much better than ALOT of cars out there... especially the 01-03. That's why I'd even rather have a 7thgen EX than a 6thgen EX that can beat the **** outa mine.
