Torque specs for suspension

i'm about to install my Skunk2 rear tie bar and also my RSX 19mm sway bar and i have yet to find out what the torque specs are for both bars. if anybody knows it would help me out a lot

Rear bolts to rear upper arm or camber kit (all three):
43ft lbs

is that the specs for the rear tie bar ?

no, that is the control arm bolt. Just tighten that to about 70lbs. It isn't gonna fall out. Once it is in, it shouldn't wiggle out. 70lbs should be enough 80 if you really want to tighten it. don't go crazy though. Hand tight with a ratchet is fine too.
