Question Brake pedal vibrates/pulsates? normal?

Is it normal for the brake pedal to vibrate/pulsate a little if you step on it but don't put enough pressure on it?

I have a 2005 Civic and lets say I stop at a red light and keep my foot on the brake pedal and I let my foot off of it lightly while still having my foot on the pedal, the pedal will vibrate a little and make a vibrating noise. If I put a little more pressure on the brake pedal, the noise is gone again.

I only have about 300 miles on the car? are they really warped?
When I bring the car to a stop, there is no vibration in the brake pedal, (slowing down, braking is smooth). Its is just when I have come to a stop kept my foot on the brake but then just easing my foot off the brake almost to the point of getting my foot off the brake but not completely (but not letting the car move), the pedal pulsates and it sounds like "eh eh eh".

I also have no steering wheel vibration.

I have an EX BTW, is this caused my the ABS?

Yeah. It's the ABS kicking in. It's totally normal for the pedal to vibrate and pulsate. It should only do it under hard braking though.
