Re: short shifter?
Revo techinica was the go-to. Still $100
https://www.autodynamic.com/revo-tec...nsmission.html
had it in my EM2. Solid shifter. Decreases throw by some 20% and height by 1.5" or so. Find you some aluminum shifter bushings to make it even better
edit: I had the first version of this shifter. The current version is adjustable (the oval slot on the outboard side, you can shorten the throw even more)
edit 2: 0% to 40% throw reduction and confirmed 1.5" height reduction, per Revo's website. Drop in installation. I did it in a parking lot inside of 15 minutes.

Re: short shifter?
I never sold you the revo ss. It was a short shift adapter set. The revo was on the car when it was donated. I bought that adapter set to see if it could be used in tandem with the revo and it couldn't. lol

Re: short shifter?
edit: I was gonna say "don't mind me, I'm in a stupid mood today" after posting that first gif, but no need at this point. One of my old Navy buddies (I DJ'd his wedding) found me on Reddit and we've been catching up after losing contact, ****, a decade ago. Anyways, back on topic. I'm derailing this too much. lol

Re: short shifter?
There is another short shifter option (made for RSX, but 01-05 civic non hatchbacks and RSX shift assemblies are interchangeable), but holy hell, it retails for a moderate $419 (for the 4-way adjustable version)

and here's acuity's less spendy (but still $370) 2-way adjustable one
