Drone sound and vibration throughout car

Hi all, I'm new to the forum. My son has a 2007 Civic Ex. While in idle/park, there is a drone and vibration throughout the car. It also occurs while driving but, when I stop at a stop sign, the drone and vibration goes away. Any ideas what might be going on? We are new to Honda.

Thanks in advance!

Is this a new to you car or did it just start happening?

I will as soon as my stepson comes home. He has the keys.
The whole car vibrates. If I’m at idle and turn the steering wheel either way, the RPMS rev up and the entire car vibrates. While I’m driving, the car vibrates but, when I stop at a light, the car stops vibrating and smooths out.
Very odd.

Engine mount maybe?
and when you stop it just happens to settle in a spot where it doesn't vibrate?

Engine mount collapsed, passenger side. For best results buy a new mount from Honda.
