I was letting my car warm up before going to the store and it started sounding like it was drowning and then cuts off and would not start. We did a little inspecting and found out the valve gasket was bad, causing oil to get on the spark plugs. We fixed the valve gasket and replaced all four spark plugs. We checked for spark and everything was working as it should be. It still won’t start and I’m assuming it could be either the ECU (due to the rev limiting) or an oil solenoid maybe? I’m not sure what else to do or check for.

You should have a check engine light. What’s it saying?

warning - if need (not saying it need) sensors, buy OEM - hondas are famous for not working nice with aftermarket sensors

moved thread to correct section, start reading the threads here. Plenty of possible causes.
