Hello! I have a 2009 Honda Civic Lx. A month ago the ac/heat stopped blowing out air, no hot no cold. The icons (face, feet, defrost, etc) intermittently light up when the dash lights are on but the green icon for the chosen icon setting doesn’t light up. I replaced my relay fuse and my other color fuses weren’t shot but I switched them with extra fuses, i replaced my blower motor, temp panel control, blower motor resistor, got some kind of reboot test done which didn’t work. Neither white fans under the hood (Assuming clutch & Compresser) are spinning while the car is on. I’m lost at what it could be. It’s freezing outside so I got a car heater and that blew my cigg lighter fuse. Does anyone know a fix for either of these issues? I don’t want to get charged too much

At this point, sounds like there's a break in electrical continuity somewhere. Something's not connecting somewhere, be it wiring chewed up by a rodent, pins not making contact in the connectors. Sucks that it's freezing out, but a multimeter might be your friend in diagnosis here.
