I am sure I am missing something very simple, But every since I installed my Injen CAI. Every time I try to turn on the defroster my A/C comes on???
Whats the problem?? I tried tighting down the crappy bolt injen gives you to bolt down the pipe, I even put a locker washer on it to keep it in place. I also tried the original bolt and grounding that bolt to a good ground. No luck.

Does anyone out there know what I need to do to fix this problem?? So my A/c don't come on, when i try to use the defroster, its cold enough outside don't need any extra cold air.

The A/C is supposed to come on when you turn the defroster on. It has nothing to do with the intake. I would advised sitting and down and reading your manual. It specifically states in their that the a/c kicks on when the defroster is being used. However, if you must turn it off, go to the DIY part of this site. I believe there is a DIY for turning off the a/c while the defrost is on.

if you turn the **** to warm/hot air instead of cold, that would help.

I only have 200 miles on my car. I have more modifications then gas station stops. I thought it was the injen. didn't realize it did that stock.
