Rattling at highway speed?

I have a 2002 civic 5MT and for the past month I have noticed a rattling at times. I have only heard and felt the rattle at highway speeds. It is coming from the front passenger side of the car (transmission?). When I push the clutch pedal in the rattling stops. When I shift to 4th the rattling is a lot faster. When I have it in neutral the rattling stops. When I push the clutch pedal in while it is still in gear and rev it the rattling is really bad. Does anyone know what this is?
