2001 ecu eeprom chip?

Hi All
Anyone knows the location of EEPRROM chip on 2001 Civic ECU?
Is it the one on the picture marked L56R?
Looks like the resistor R49 is burned. I don't know the resistance.
I have to swipe ECU and I want to do the same trick.

Thanks

No I just found the burned resistor and replace it. After that the ECU works fine.
