Dashboard lights, knob lights, and halo rings not working, please help.

Dashboard lights, **** lights, and halo rings not working, please help.

This is so confusing, this past Saturday i was driving back from a wedding at night. Left the wedding with all the Interior lights working. Went over a bump on the highway...-__-...and 3 minutes later i noticed none of the Interior lights were working. I pulled over, shut the car off and started it again. and still no lights. My car is modded but not severely. Since my Halo rings went off in my headlights and my interior lights were also not working i decided to check the fuses. Nothing wrong with them. So i have no idea what to look for. My dash either glows blue or green and there is a switch to control that. and there is nothing wrong with the switch or the wires connected to the switch. So the interior lights and my halo ring lights are connected. if i fix the interior light problem i will most likely solve the other or vice versa. Any Suggestions, because taking this to a mechanic would probably cost me a fortune

Not sure what year we are working with here... usually the dimmable dash lights are tapped off of the taillights circuit. Are the tails working ?? If this is a 7th gen check the small lights fuse in the under hood box.
