Head lights/Fog lights

Hello fellas. I want to purchase some new head lights/fog lights, and I was wondering what the best bang for the buck would be. HID is great, I love the way it looks on my Lexus, but it's kinda pricey. Should I just go for that, or a good set of head lights and foglights? Currently I have stock head lights, and no fogs, so I want something differant that gives me some more light...the stock stuff sucks in my opinion. Where's the best place to purchase online for cheap? Can you guys give me some specific models and brands please? My budget is kinda around $300-400 (maybe I should just spend a little more, and get HID?) Thanks a lot!

As far as foglights go....you should proabaly spend no more than around 100 for a decent pair...PIAA's are very good and pricey

You know that when you put HID in your Civic, you loose high beams. I just put in xenon bulbs. I also have the OEM foglights. Honestly, the Headlight overpowers the fog light. I don't know if it's supposed to be that way but that's how it is right now. My fog lights beam is 1 foot lower from my head light low beam. My foglights has a wider beam spread though.

I have the PIAA Xtreme Whites on my car....looks pretty good....they're definitely very bright and have a slight tinge of blue, but you certainly wont confuse them with HID. They're actually the brightest lights i've seen yet on a car.

Are those PIAA's legal for street use? What about some good fogs that will patch those PIAA's? Something from PIAA is what I would prefer, I don't want everything mismatching

I've only ordered the headlights... I want foggies soon though. I looked at Piaa.com and they show a few different ones. I think I'd have to stick with a 001x, 002x one or 004x ones if I want them to match the color light.

Does anyone have the PIAA xtreme white heads w/ fog lights?

what do you have?
what do you think?

How was it to install?
any cutting?
