Squeak Noise When turning

Hi,

Whenever I do a quick/sharp turn a squeaky noise appears....it sounds like it is coming from the seat...so with the car parked I placed my foot on the foot rest and pushed my self against the seat really hard and I can hear the noise...is something loose under the seat or something? Anyone have the same problem?

check the plastic covering the seat bolts or check under the seat for anything rubbing/pressing on something. Could it be your power steering pump?

Re: Squeak Noise When turning

mine did it when I had my esII sedan, and i also had the rocking problem which was covered in a technical service bulletin I believe. if it's something that'll really bug you, take your seat out and lube up any metal on metal.
