clicking sound while turning and braking

i get a clicking sound when my 05 ex has been sitting for a while and i start the car and drive forward and come to a stop. as im stopping the clicking sound happens. not all the time, only after the car has been sitting. also when i am turning like in a k-turn and its stop and go the clicking sound happens a lot, but its kind of a different clicking sound than the first. for your information i am lowered on tein basics (finger gap) with stock rims and tires. i have a fronty and rear camber kit installed and the car was aligned professionally.

does the clicking happen when you turn to one side or both sides??Cause i had a similar problems and it turned out to be the CV joints that went bad

it clicks both right and left.....how could the cv joints be bad? the car is an 05 and has 8,000 miles on it.

Doesnt matter how many miles a car has, parts will fail at any time. But I dont think your problem is the CV joints. Did this start after you installed your springs?

i noticed that i get a click when i first start driving. I thought it was the cv joint as well, so i called honda. they said that it is the brake pads shifting because of some little retaining clip issue. they have literature about it at the dealer. they will fix it for free but it's not a huge problem.

i dont have the stock spring mounts in.... i have tein basics installed. dont think its the brake pads because it doesnt happen all the time. its hard to explain, when the car sits for a while it will do it when i stop the first time after i start going and thats it. it will also do it when i am stopped and i turn the wheel then go again.
