08 Civic SI making a Wheezing noise while going into First?

Hey guys I just bought an 08 Civic SI Sedan with 145k Miles, has hail damage, some minor paint issues for $3700 What do you guys think?. Anyways it has been making this noise lately

If anyone has any info that would be greatly appreciated.

Jesus. Did the guy let you take it to a shop for an inspection? Many shops do it for free, or cheap.

WTF was that noise? Clutch howl? Does it make noise any time other than taking off from a stop?

Try to make your video so we can hear the noise and see what you are doing when it happens. Without the turn signal clicking. In the daytime.
