How do you drive? Accelerate hard and brake often? A lot of MPG is based off driving habits. How is your tire pressure?
How are you calculating the MPG?
How are you calculating the MPG?

i change the sparks
A dirty air filter cannot cause bad gas mileage.
Make sure the tires are all at correct inflation pressures.
The rest is up to you.
Gas mileage is all about how you drive.
Any time the engine is burning fuel, the mileage is dropping if you are not moving.
Traffic and city stop-and-go driving kills gas economy.
Cold weather and big wheels kills my gas mileage quite a bit, low 20s in winter.
Steady speed 50-55 mph will net you the best mileage.
In the IMID settings, set the tripmeter A to reset with refuel (if it isn't already set this way). Then you can watch economy average change as you drive, and it will start over at 0 MPG when you refill the tank.
I have mine set this way, I have learned how to drive to get better economy numbers.

hi, thanks for your questions and answers, here are my answers
i live in Guatemala, and the traffic is very high, and i tried dont accelerate hard, i left the car walking alone, and tried brake less as posible,
the tire pressure, i dont know, but i will to check it today, i dont check it since a 2 weeks ago.
yes, i replace the sparks with iddentical ones,
thanks for your comments,
i think my problem is the hard traffic, in my city, becouse i tried to keep about 30mph or 40mph as posible, but in the afternoon i cant keep this mph, but i tried to keep 10 to 15 mph... =(

other question, how much octanes is the best gasoline for this car? 87oct or 95 oct?
other think i will change gas station, could be given me less than a galon,..

Those plugs should have lasted 100,000 miles. I sure hope you replaced them with the correct identical plugs.

87 octane is correct,
but how can anyone be sure the quality of your gasoline is good there?
I know I tried to help at least one other poster here that was in another country, and the fuel was causing the catalytic converter to deteriorate (P0420 code) at an astoundingly low mileage.
