2015 Civic at 100,000 miles. Changing out the spark plugs with NGK Laser Iridium Premium DILZKR7B11GS (believe these are the OEM). Haven't ever done this so will be my first time doing so so just wanted to make sure I do them right.
Wanted to know the following:
1. I can't find anything regarding the torque specifications in the owner's manual. Can anyone guide me to where I can find this? Or what I should torque it to?
2. Anti-Seize: I did some research online and this seems to be a bit of a debatable topic but also NGK says basically not to use anti-seize when installing new plugs. Just wanted to confirm if it is necessary or not?
3. Gap size: I can't find anywhere in the manual regarding the gap size. I bought these from rock auto and they say the gap size is 0.044". Is this the correct size? do i need to gap them?

1. normal is to install until you get resistance and turns 1/1 turn (the crush metal seals need to deform)
2. never used them
3. If bought using car information as OEM part, I would not bother
